I have been having a problem with my touchpad for a while now, basically when I click the left "button" area and drag the slider to move the screen down (for some reason I cannot think of the damn name of the slider bar), the touchpad gets stuck and the cursor does not move for a little while. You can see on the taskbar icon that the touchpad is sticking as there is the solid blue dot which represents contact on the touchpad, even though it is not being touched. I upgraded the driver and it went away for a bit, and when I reboot it seems to stop for a little, but then comes back. It is really bad though, cannot drag the slider down to view more of a webpage at times without the cursor then sticking for 20+ seconds.
Not sure what is happening, but the touchpad just seems to think there is pressure on it when there is not, and only when I drag the slider down.
Has this happened to anyone else, and if so what can i do to fix it? Really makes the computer unusable when this starts to happen.
