One Was great and the other froze a lot right out of the box. after I installed a new drive it was GREAT! The Dell guy that already had to replace my high def screen on one unit due to a bad pixal. (at my home) he says the drive was probably bad as well. Since then, both have W7 Pro on them with new 500 gig drives. (perfect) Jeff |

| Junior Member Posts: 27 Join Date: Oct 2009 | sounds like a loose or bad connection somewhere, keyboard, touchpad, HD, screen, etc. etc. ram can be checked using a ram checking utility, and possible but highly improbable that solders are bad. if it's still under warranty, have a tech come out and check everything out. |
