Case is cracked by right side hinge on both bottom tray and top bezel. hinge is not broken but mount is. anyone know what the part number for the dell mini 10 bottom tray and upper bezel is? thanks! |

There is a tech repair manual at dell's support site for both the 10 and 10v. I would suspect the parts are listed in that doc. |

I have same problem with crack at network plug. Chassis design at RJ-45 plug did not provide enough material to brace hinge movement adequately. I have noticed a large amount of same problem. I talked to Dell and they stated that they do NOT sell the base chassis and I should send to them to repair / replace for only $200.00 (50% of entire unit cost). They offer no other options. What a company! |
