If you've tried to install Vista or Win 7, your original boot record would have been replaced and you would have lost the Dell-specific abilities at boot time i.e. ctrl+F11 will not divert the boot into the hidden partition to fire up the re-image routine. If so, this tool will rebuild it for you: Inside the Dell PC Restore Partition . The site also has some good doco on the overall process.
If you *have* blown away the hidden partitions, you need to obtain a Dell Recovery CD with the OS on it. Can be sourced from Dell.
Hope this helps.

Maybe I too noob to ask such thing, but i made some "mistake..."
I deleted the DELLRESTORE partition, BUT before I saved the data form it to hard drive, only with copy :S
Is there a way to restore the partiton like it was with the copied data?
I'm just worrying about the service guarantee...
