If you are planning to ever consider using Mac OSX on your Mini... then you want a Mini 10v. If that does not concern you, then you could fly with the Mini 10.
The Mini 10 uses the Atom Z530 and a GMA500 (graphics card). The Mini 10 also has the RAM soldered onto the daughterboard so it is not a user-upgradable part. Option for HD screen and video out is via HDMI.
The Mini 10v uses the Atom N270/N280 and a GMA950 (which is OSX compatible for hardware acceleration). The RAM is upgradable, although somewhat tricky. No HD screen option and video out is via VGA.
You can order either model with 1Gb or 2Gb of RAM...
