i'm wondering if the suede type palm rest that was linked to in another thread would lift the screen lid just enough to protect the actual screen from such intrusions?

I *knew* I should have bought some sort of protective covering before I even received my Mini. I use InvisibleShield on all my gadgets (iPod Touch, cell phone, camera, etc.) and it's amazing what it will protect from. They have one for the Mini 10 that covers the back of the lid (which loves to collect fingerprints) and covers the palm rest area. It's kind of pricey, but looking back, I should have bit the bullet and grabbed one and installed it before even powering the computer on.
