Sorry, but it's not true... A driver there is. And it's fully supported by Intel... It support full 2d,3d and video acceleration... It's the IEGD one...

This is part of latest release notes... The problem is that this driver isn't for users, but for developers, that must integrate it in their distro... So it's installation isn't a one click one.
If you are good at linux (I'm not) you can try install it, I will send you the driver and its install guide.
I want to ask you a thing about your Jolicloud experience, because maybe it's a mine problem... When you have Firefox opened, and you are scrolling a medium weight page, it will "flash" like it is rerendering the screen each time, or your scrolling in jolicloud is identical in XP
