Default Video Quality - iTunes - 09-09-2009, 04:59 AM

I've been trying to figure out how to improve the video playback for iTunes. During my troubleshooting I tried playing back a DVD (using a usb dvd player). It was bad as well, but not as bad as iTunes. However, I did get a message that video quality is improved if the mini is plugged in. I didn't have it plugged in. When I plug it in iTunes and DVD playback is much better (almost acceptable). My question is: how can I get the same video quality when on the battery? I have the 6 cell battery. My mini 10 has both the TV Tuner as well as the GPS. --Thanks!

it appears to be your power profile. Click the battery icon on your taskbar and set it to "High Performance" (assuming you are using win 7).
