Hey I've been having this problem since day one where in skype my video freezes for the other person and I have to turn it back on to unfreeze it. Then in 10 seconds it will freeze again for them. Any suggestions? Thanks |

You need to uninstall Dell Video Chat, if you haven't already, and use the older Skype version 3.8.0.188 which can be download from the following link, Old Version of Skype 3.8.0.188 Download - OldApps.com Don't uninstall Dell Webcam Central software! This is your webcam driver software. I would get a blue screen off & on using Skype, until I uninstalled the Dell Video Chat. My 10v didn't like the 4.1 version at all, but I preferred the 3.8 anyway  |
