HI guys

My NEW ( one month ) Dell Mini 10 has vertical lines running down the length of its screen. I'm told this is an LCD problem. I bought a warranty at Best Buy that will give me free repairs for 2 years, but I'm also within my Dell repair warranty. Should I send it to Dell or have Best Buy do it?

SO ANNOYED. A brand new computer and it's messed up. I think they should just replace it, but you know how THAT goes

I had the same issue cept mine were horizontal. I had dell send out a technician to replace it. If you have the HD display good luck in having them sending the right one. They sent me the non HD display and then I had to wait 2 more weeks for them to replace it with the right one.

hmmm. so you think i should have Dell work on it and not Best Buy, who I also have a warranty with??

Go with best buy as they are more likely to just give you a replacement but if you want your current one fixed ring dell.
