Default Transport Stream .TS file playback - 08-25-2009, 04:02 PM

I've been reading this forum for about two weeks now and haven't seen any mention of TS file playback.
Does the Mini 10 (HD version) have problems playing back transport streams recorded directly from ATSC television?
Here's my scenario:
On my desktop PC, I record Over The Air ATSC television in the United States.
I only record one stream at a time, no multiple streams.
I use TSReader to record using a Hauppauge HVR-1600 tuner card.
I have three different resolutions of recordings.
1080p (NBC and CBS)
720p (ABC)
720x480 standard definition (from subchannels)
Ironically, most of my recordings are movies at standard definition.
When I record "Lost" on ABC TV, it is 720p
I don't want to re-encode because most of the TS files playback just fine on my desktop PC using media player home theater.
Also, re-encoding the majority of my movies result in sync issues. The original TS recordings have errors that re-encoding cannot deal with.
