I tried unsuccessfully to reach the seller that woodscomp suggested, first with a question, then afterward to inquire about whether the item would be re-listed. I did, however, reach the seller on this auction: Dell OEM BT 2.1
This seller is located in Texas, and confirmed that this is the correct J613H module and includes a cable, but no attaching screws. From what I read in the service manual online, it appears that the 10v's BT module is snapped or clipped into place on the palm rest bracket - so on the 10v the lack of attaching screw(s) should be a non-issue. I hope?
I will confirm back on this thread once I receive the part from parts-dell and do the install.
sk8r, you may want to check the thread from hellowifi for feedback from users of his part, he is the seller of the BT module from China.

Seeing this I just looked, got a message that they'll issue the refund, money isn't there yet. Still looks like a good seller who deals with problems quickly.
