If I order a Mini 10 with the 160GB, 2.5inch that it comes with, can i replace it with my RunCore 64GB for Mini 9 that I have?

No, they're not compatible. The 10/10v uses a standard 2.5" SATA drive, either mechanical or SSD.

The Mini 9 uses a SSD with a Mini PCI-E interface.

If you order it without the 3g card or the tv tuner, couldn't you install the mini pcie ssd into one of those mini pcie slots? If I remember correctly, the mini 10 has two full length mini pcie slots and one half length mini pcie slot. Those are normally used for the 3g card (full length), the tv tuner (full length), and the wifi card (half length). So, if you order without either of the first two, you should have an available full length slot. Keep in mind that the GPS add-on uses the slot normally reserved for the 3g card (hence why the won't allow you to order both the 3g card and the GPS add-on).
