I will NEVER change that ram stick out again though unless it's dead.. What a PITA..

OS X is next. I'm just booting into XP for the moment, but it's getting wiped as soon as I can pull out my USB keys.

I agree with Anguish here. I just upgraded the RAM in my 10v also. What a major pain in the ass that is. I do not understand for the LIFE of me why Dell did not put a nice little slot on the bottom to make this a million times easier!!!!!!!!!!

I notice in the screenshot that the Mini 10v is shipped with BIOS A00 but on the Dell support website they already have A02 available for download.
