| zarkon, No WWAN connector in mine. Not surprising though. Video is done. I need to pull it off the camera now and get it pieced together and uploaded. Hopefully that will be done in a couple of hours, and it won't be too terrible. I'm getting ready to get it done right now though.

| Nicely done, anguish! Unfortunately, I am now more convinced than ever that I am nowhere near comfortable enough to dismantle a computer so completely in order to change out the RAM myself. I've done so for both my Mini 9s, but that was ridiculously easy in comparison! Hopefully Dell will offer either the 10 or the 10v with a 2 GB option at some point in the not-too-distant future so that I can order it direct from the factory. Maybe when Windows 7 hits the market? |

| Only thing I can offer in that regards is this: when in doubt, see if you can find someone locally. Anyone who has opened up a laptop before should be able to handle it pretty comfortably.

| It gets easier after you've done it four times! Unfortunately I still have 1GB of memory after all that effort - oh well, I've got another stick on order and will try that as a last resort. One point when reassembling the palm rest bracket is to make sure that the speaker cable is pushed fully down otherwise it will foul the palm rest when you try to click it back into place. - Simon.

| Great Job anguish! A video makes it so much easier than trying to explain to someone what they are in for. I hesitate to add anything because I don't want to detract from the awesomeness of your videos.....but I'll add just a little.... For the keyboard... Once the three screws are out, the only thing holding it down are the clips on either side. So if you begin prying in the middle near the F8 key, it will flex just a bit and help the clips release. As you cautioned, care is needed when prying on the keys themselves; they will pop off (don't ask...LOL). Then what I did, since I'm constantly swapping hard drives, is to put a little piece of tape on the back-side of the keyboard up near the F8 key so it sticks out from underneath a little and makes a tab for lifting the keyboard. Again, kudos.
