Hello, Would you be kind to provide the detailed steps involved to replace a 2100 LCD screen. I dropped my latitude 2100 and it developed a lot of dead pixels. I have order a LCD replacement from eBay.

Thanks Dan_Shane. This helps. BTW, I ordered a 2100 LCD screen from ebay, will I have touchscreen capabilities when I replace? The seller did not state anything about touchscreen capabilities in the product description.

My LCD Screen is coming all the way from Taiwan, so waiting for the same.

Received my replacement LCD screen from Taiwan (via ebay). Everything went fine and I successfully replaced the LCD screen. The manual had all steps detailed except on how to detach the touchscreen. Figured out a way to peel the touchscreen off and affixed that to the new LCD.
