Default Latitude 2100 System BIOS A06 Released - 12-02-2009, 05:12 PM

Dell - Support

Fixes/Enhancements:
1. Enhancement on password security support.
2. Enable External Keyboard LED in Password Screen.
3. Enhanced USB mouse support in BIOS setup.
4. Enhanced the compatibility between Bluetooth card and NUM-Pad.
5. Showed LOM MAC address in BIOS setup.

Did anybody try this BIOS update?


Latitude 2100 | BIOS A02 | 1024 x 600 | 2GB RAM |
160GB HD | WIN 7 | TOUCH SCREEN | 5100 AGN | Black

Mini 10V | BIOS A06 | 1024 X 600 | 1GB RAM | 160GB HD | MAC OSX 10.6.7

I'm alittle leary about updating this after my A05 mini9 battery issue.

Anybody have anything to report ?

Just updated. It still recognizes 2.5 gb Ram. I get nervous every time I update the bios afraid it wont post afterwards. I'm still bummed that windows 7 wont use more than 1.99 gb of the RAM

Do think 7 is running fine enough? Which version are you using? I have a copy of 7 pro I'm thinking about putting on mine.

Yeah. Was enabled in the latest A04. Just shut that annoying WLAN lid light off now!

Default iDeneb 1.4 10.5.6 - 05-10-2010, 09:32 AM

Bios A05 working fine. can disable the LED in bios. Working display after use dellefi and NBI 0.8.3. iDeneb 10.5.6 working fine except sleep and network lan.
