Nevermind, I called them. Half an hour and seven, yep seven different reps to find the right part. Started out with small business parts, then I was told they couldn't sell me the part, consumer parts had to. Consumer parts transfered me to another parts department that I could barely understand. I was then transfered to another department. They then told me I needed to talk to the order modification department. They couldn't help me and transferred me back to business parts again who found the right part. I think I might have missed a rep or two but did I really need SEVEN transfers just to be transferred back to the original department I called?!
