Can u tell how to reinstall the OS Windows 7 on my InspironM101S as i have not recd the CD with the laptop

1. Make bootable USB Drive(over 5GB is required) from Dell Datasafe local backup
2. Reboot your PC and then plug in your USB Drive.
3. When the DELL logo appears, press <F12> immediately.
4. Then select usb flash option.
5. Instructions will tell you how to reinstall your OS.

But my laptop does not have Dell Datasafe local backup
