You can also get several of the desktop settings without using the Origami tool by adjusting them in Windows 7 directly.

- Right click on the desktop, select 'Personalize'
- Click on 'Window Color'
- Click on 'Advanced Appearance Settings'

In the dialog that appears, you can click on the element you want to change in the picture, then adjust the size. In the snip below, I clicked on the scroll bar in the picture, then set the 'Size' field to 35 (which is what Origami uses, I think). You can also set the size for Active and Inactive title bars and 'Caption Buttons (these are the minimize/maximize/close buttons).

Would going Windows 7 Ultimate be a bad idea, instead of professional? This might seem like a stupid question, but I wondered if there might be any consequences like a malfunctioning touchscreen, or anything like that.
