Default Intel Appup website - 02-28-2011, 06:26 PM

Did a search in this Forum and I did not see Appup mentioned in any posts. I am going to try it tonight. Seems like they have some decent apps. Nothing like Itunes App store yet, and the Apps cost more, $4.99 for Angry Birds. Still with just a brief browsing found an app called Yoono Desktop that looks promising for social media.

Excited to try. And my wife will love the Duo if the Angry Birds is well done.

I wrote about the Intel AppUp store when it first launched, but that was quite a while ago. It has grown a lot since then. Prices of apps are set by the developers, and Angry Birds, for example, has different prices on different platforms. I never realized it was available for Windows!

I use Yoono - you can get it directly from if you want.

The first game I bought for my Duo was Angry Birds, but I think it was mentioned in this thread: Touchscreen Games and Apps

Angry Birds is extremely well done. (I'm currently hooked.)
I've also installed it on the rest of my PCs, which is another bonus of systems like Intel's and Steam.

I just bought it and it works great in tablet mode with the touch screen. I really like a feature of the Intel store where you have 24 hours to preview something and you can cancel it if you want. GREAT feature. Wish Itunes had that.
