I think we have it on all 3 of ours (2 SU4100s and 1 Celeron 743), but I can't remember offhand. Also, the sticker may only be on U.S. versions since I think Energy Star is a U.S. government program, so if you've seen non-U.S. versions, that might explain its absence. I don't know that for sure - I'm just speculating.
I don't have any of our 11zs in front of me, but I believe you can tell the single/dual core versions apart by the Intel stickers. If it says "Intel Celeron inside," it's the single core. If it says "Intel Core 2 Duo inside," it's the dual core (SU4100) version. If I remember, I'll double check this when I get home, but I'm pretty sure that's what I've seen on ours.
