I just purchased an 11z from Samsclub.com auctions. Here are the specs

Intel Celeron 743, 1.3 Ghz, 800MHz, 1MB cache
2GB DDR2 800MHz, SODIMM

Hard Drive: 160GB 5400rpm 2.5" SATA Hard Disk Drive

Connectivity:
Intel 1397 b/g
Integrated Gigabit (10/100/1000) network Card

Power: 56 Whr 6-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery

Operating System:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I got this brand new for $293 shipped. Is this a good deal and what should I upgrade. This is my first netbook, so I am not used to this speed, so I would like to try to make it as fast as possible.

The upgrades really depend on you. If you're into music a lot I would recommend a larger hard drive. If you intend on loading additional programs on the machine, I would recommend an external USB optical drive. If you intend on migrating to a Wireless N network in the future that's not backwards compatible to B and G, I would recommend the DW1520 wifi card. It really all depends and what you want to do with the machine.
