Default on screen function buttons (volume etc) - 09-18-2009, 05:51 PM

I'm running Windows 7 on my 11z and it's great. One minor nitpick, I don't know what to install to allow me to see the volume settings when I press the function keys.

Does anyone know what package I need to make that work?

+1. I didn't mess with the stock vista install long enough to notice if they had any onscreen volume/brightness dialogs when using the Fn keys. Anyone know? It would be nice in 7 as well.

I looked around the dell site and couldn't find anything. Anything that works with Vista, should work with Win 7. The Caps Lock program did at least, and I'm running Win 7 64-bit.

Doesn't seem like the 11z came with software that does this but maybe it's just not on the dell 11z support site.
