Hey there fellow Dell Mini owners!

I shall be taking the plunge and sourcing myself a Dell Mini with the WWAN card already in it at the end of this month!

Will keep it stock for a while until i get the essentials as recommended here! (i.e. Runcore SSD & 2GB RAM mainly!)

Well after a rather long delay (looking at the date i made the post it was before my birthday!!) i am now in possession of a Dell Mini 9 with Mac OS X on it (Hackintosh i believe the term is)

Currently as far as i'm aware of the stats, my Dell Mini 9 has the following: -

- Mac OS X Leopard (ver. 10.5.6)
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB OE SSD
- empty WWAN slot (hopefully for an HD Decoder card possibly?)

One thing i don't know is if the Mini has a Wireless N card in it or not as i know that Dell Mini 9's did come with that option...

Also are the Wireless N Dell Cards for the Mini 9 dual band or jus 2.4GHz only?

Some wireless N cards are dual band, most are not. The best way to tell would be to figure out what model card you have and look up the manufacturer specs.
