Hey all, Right, completely new to all of this. I've just received my Mini 9 (Its awesome!) and I instantly want to bring it out of XPO and onto MacOSX. I've been tracking the forums for a while now and have a retail version of the software (on DVD), an 8GB (and a 4GB) USB drive and about here I get lost (I think I may have seen a different forum because I have a file called "DellMiniBoot123v8.01.iso" and "OSXDVD.zip). I'm basically wondering which thread I should look on here to get the definitive guide to installing MAC OS X 10.5.7 from scratch? Can anyone help? Sorry to ask a question that has been asked before, but all I see for 10.5.7 is users upgrading to this for the first time. What should I do to avoid the errors etc? Thanks everyone Ad |
