Smile Installing SQL 2005 express on Mini9 ? - 05-13-2009, 02:08 PM

Hi All

Great forum....

Just got three mini 9's for work but I cant seem to install SQL 2005 express on them as it fails when it checks the location of install... Something to do with the hard drive being SSD???

Am fairly technical so willing to try sugestions..

HELP lol...

What exactly is the error message? The system disk being an SSD should be invisible to the installer.

Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 10

The SSD won't make any difference; I have SQL Server Express installed on my Mini 9 without problems?

Are sure the installer you've downloaded isn't corrupt?
