Default Using SD Card in USB Reader to Load OS X? - 04-24-2009, 02:15 AM

I am sorry as I am a total newbie, and I have tried searching and must have just missed this, but my question is:

Instead of using a USB flash drive can I use a SDHC card in a USB reader to load OS X onto my (coming) Mini 9?

Thanks for any help and once again sorry I couldn't find it in the search.

It should work the same as any other USB storage device.

As for my personal experience, I've had no problems booting from an SD/USB card reader combo to install Linux.

Mini 9 | Intel 5100 Wifi | Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook
Mini 1012 | SSD | Intel 6200 Wifi | Ubuntu 11.10 64bit
