[minimini99]

I ask this question here as I don't have this problem on my desktop so it makes me wonder if 'something' is full or blocked on the Mini.
I started out able to email attachments.
The last couple of days when I try to upload an attachment I get this notice. "Windows live hotmail did not receive the entire file you uploaded. This is generally due to a temporary internet connectivity issue. Please try your file upload again." Similar note on gmail too.
I have tried turning off NOD32, cleared temp cache, small file 579kb.
What could I have clicked or haven't unclicked or what could be full?
I checked diagnostics also and it said connectivity fine.
I use XP and IE7.
