Default How To Easily Resize Pictures For XP Backgrounds - 02-21-2009, 11:38 PM

Users of Windows XP can download Image Resizer Power Toy. After you install it, you can right click on any picture thumbnail and hit resize. You can set a custom image size and pick your desktop resolution. It can either save it as a new image, you using the advanced tab, you can just replace the current image to save on disk space. The download is 520kb.
