Default ISO Install Clarification Needed - 02-17-2009, 01:17 AM

Warning: This is a NOOB question. If the answer already exists in another part of the forum, please point me in that direction. Thanks.

In the ISO download there are a bunch of files and folders:
CDFILES
DELLMINI
ISOLINUX
RR_MOVED
_DS_STOR
BOOT
DELLMINI.ISO
ISOLINUX
LDLINUX
SYSLINUX

Am I supposed to put ALL of these files on the boot cd? Just the BOOT? Or what?

My mini is supposed to arrive tomorrow or the next day and I just want to make sure I've got everything ready to go.

Thanks.

No. You use CD image burning software to burn the .iso as an image. You do not treat it as if it were a zip file, even though many ZIP-like programs will open a .iso.

See. Told you it was a dumb question.
Thanks for the clarification.

From what I can see on this forum, people tend to be very welcoming and helpful. Better service than I get at a retail store! HAHA.
