i got the unit back today. The casing still looks the same, no blemishes as I first got it. I cant tell if they just replaced the usb or the entire motherboard. Im guessing they replaced the entire motherboard because I sent it back w/o the SSD, but left the SSD screws in. When i got it back, the SSD screws were missing! So that is actually my one complaint, Im missing 2 screws. I just took one screw from another component and am using that screw for the SSD. No biggie...I dont think this will affect the system. Anyway, I requested Dell to send me the screws but havent heard back yet.
