Default mini 10 wont power on - 08-27-2011, 09:01 PM

hi all im new to this forum and i wish i was joining it under different see i was trying to install anew OS on the mini but the external dvd didnt seem to be getting enough power so i plugged the second adapter on dvd drive into a four port ac powered hub that was plugged into the wall as soon as they touched the mini shorted and hasn't powered on since.

i've tried taking battery out, ac in /ac out/ battery out /hold power button etc.nothings there a fuse on the mobo that i might have blown or is it the mobo its self? any help very much appreciated
