Default Went to Ireland, wireless was fine, at home I can no longer connect - 08-10-2011, 11:45 PM

I've got the Duo, bought it in early May. went to Ireland for 2 weeks and had no connection problems. It has been on the shelf since then, and I can't get it to connect today. Any suggestions. I'm not as computer techy as many of you, so please try to be clear and simple in the responses. I've read some on the subject and I can't follow them. Help!

Michelle,

First, tell us whether you have Windows or Linux. If you take the Duo to some other wireless place, such as a Starbucks, does it see the wireless there?

I'll take it to my office tomorrow and see if it sees the various networks there. I've got Windows.

Try reinstalling your wireless driver if trying to connect is to no avail. Or maybe a wireless switch?
