hi there, would a dell mini 10 or 1011 lid or top section fit a dell mini 10v i was going to change the full screen etc if this was possible?

also does a mini 10 or 1011 battery fit a mini 10v

There are differences in the two top sections and they will not interchange. This has been tried before without much success. I have heard it is possible to take the screen itself and mount it in the other lid; but the leads are very small and easily broken.
The battery will fit; but it has to be shaved a bit to fit in the 10v. the 1011 and 10v are the same unit. Hope this helps a little. fdalbor

If what you are hoping to do is swap the screen on a Mini 10v (1011) with the HD screen from a Mini 10 (1010), it has been tried before without success. See this thread for more details:
