I took advantage of the 20% off on New Years Day at the Dell Outlet Store and got a new return with 1 gig mem, 8 gig HD, 1.3 camera and wifi. Spent the better part of this afternoon and some evening just doing all the updates and deleting some of the Dell crap. Sure is slow updating. Did the A03 Bios update using the windows install without a hitch. It did just what all my other Dells do and of course I exited out of everything I could before starting. Slow but no problem. I'm used to working on my XPS H2C 720 overclocked to 3.66 so now I have to learn to slow down. Considering the speed of the Mini its not bad at running programs just slow on updates and installs. After everything done I have just over 3.5 gigs free on the HD. Ordered the 2 gig ram, a SD card and a thumb drive but will wait until I need the extra space before ordering another SSD HD.
