Default load needed DLLS for kernel error - 04-06-2010, 01:27 AM

Hi all

So I bought my inspiron dell mini for my wife. Had it for just over year and suddenly out of the blue comes this error messages. I've pretty door with a full sized computer but this little thing has me stumped. no cd drive and no back up discs. I'm have to restore the computer to factory settings but how do I do that.
Any help would surely be appreciated here.

Many Thanks

I have the dell inspiron 10v and I did in fact have the re-installation cds. It looks like the partition is gone. Am I left to buy an external drive to run these cds? Is it at all possible to get the files and have it boot from a usb stick?

Thank again

Do you have access to a CD/DVD drive on another computer? If so, you could use one of these utilities to create a bootable thumb drive for the WinXP install:

RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting
WinToFlash - Install Windows from usb - Home page
