Default flash drive - 03-26-2010, 10:16 AM

i just got a toshiba satellite L455 yesterday and figured i wouldn't need the nbi.img burned on my flash drive, is there a way to remove it?

Mini 10v (Black) - BIOS A06 - Mac OS X 10.6.0 - 1GB RAM - 320GB HDD (7200 rpm) - NBM via USB - NBI (ending with 51) - Legacy Off

Had a happy 10.6.6 machine and updated to 10.6.7, but no love...maybe I'll do a vanilla install...but probably not.

i did format it but it the capacity to 47 megs when the card was one gb and totally screwed my card

you can use this utility....when you run it you will see and button that says something like RMPrepdisk you will get a screen like below..just format in which ever format your want, I suggest FAT32 or NTFS..make sure you check it off so thats its bootable when you are done, maybe click on CLEANUSB to erase everything, then run it again to make it bootable for whatever your want
