You can check your invoice. You can enter your service tag on dell.com to see the factory config. You can check Device Manager in Windows, or use "sudo lshw" (list hardware) in Linux.

So does it or doesn't it? My 10v did not, but I was able to add it with a module from eBay for about $25.

Not that I could see on the device manager list. What would it be called for mini 9? Did it have to be installed internally? Or is it something that could be plugged in on the outside?

Can be internal or you can buy a $25 or so BT usb dongle (small stick). Make sure it will work with your OS, though.
