Default Installing os x without a dvd driver or a mac? - 12-28-2009, 04:33 PM

Hi guys,

Just bought a dell mini 9 and am looking to put Mac OS X 10.5.6 on it and was wondering if anyone knew if I can do this without a Mac or a dvd driver?

I only have 2 usb sticks at hand, one 8gb and one 16gb and that is it. I also have a desktop and lap top but they only run windows.

I understand that you have 2 different methods of installing it, one with a mac or another with a dvd driver installed into the dell mini. And to which I have neither!

I would also pay someone to do this for me to, if there is someone in South Wales who can do it?

Any help appreciated in advance

I did mate, but the only other option bar having a Mac is with a dvd drive which I mentioned that I don't have:

I personally love it, I just recently shrunk my XP partition from 150gb down to 50gb and added the extra 100gb to the Win 7 partition giving Win 7 a total of 415gb now.....I think it runs quicker, some may argue but on my machine it seems to run quicker than XP Pro....I also think that it is more attractive to look at (more eye candy sorta speak) and EVERYTHING works in Win 7, HD,sound,wi-fi,bluetooth, my TV tuner.etc....but again thats just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions (they're just like a**holes..everybody has one)..(lol)..
