Default mini 10 will not play 720p video - 11-24-2009, 02:57 AM

im new here and ive had my mini 10 for about 3 months and i love it but how do i get this thing to play video

when i try to play video it just lags also i have windows 7 installed on it

1st of all which drivers do you have loaded, the XP drivers or the Win 7 drivers?..

I needed to specifically install the h.264 codec to play movies smoothly using the GMA 500

there are also new intel drivers available here:

it fixed some of my games that had a flashing to them, after the update the games ran great....

i have the drivers that dell recommended for the mini 10 running windows 7

also i had this same problem when i got the computer new out of the box with xp
