Your's is a Mini 10V. The 1011 refers to the 10v. The 1010 uses the Z atom processor, the 1011 uses the N atom. The 1010 uses GMA 500 graphics, and the 1011 uses the 900 series graphics processor.
The V is suppose to refer to the Value Mini (1011). It has a slightly lower power battery and you cannot get many of the options that a available for the 1010. You can get 2megs of ram in either; but you can upgrade the 1011 yourself (a bit difficult; but possible). You can get the high def screen in the 1010; but not the 1011.
What it really comes down to is you have a bigger selection of OS's to choose from with the 1011. However that is changing with the new Mandriva and Fedora and some others. IF you want to use Apple's OS then the 1011 is a better fit.
I have found XP and Win 7 work great on the 1010 as they make use of the extra features of the GMA 500 with the HDMI port; something the 1011 cannot do.
Take your pick; they both will do a good job for you. Just remember they are netbooks; not power desktops and you will find a multitude of uses for them. Enjoy your netbook. fdalbor
