Is there any way I can install snow leopard on a mini 10v without having a mac available? All the guides I have seen mention that you need a mac to create the usb drive. Thanks for the help!! |

The only guides you should look at are here..... Guides | OS X | mechdrew And the one on that page that you want is this one, though you'll need a USB DVD drive to use it. 8GB is too small, from what I read. But please browse the OS X section of the forum, read the guides and search for your questions. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |

Thanks for the info! I bought a Dell Mini 9 with a 32 GB SSD specifically to load OSX on. I have tried a couple of different methods but have not gotten them to work yet: I'll try this one! I have retail Snow Leopard: I hope it will boot and work! Thanks again! |
