Hello,
I would like to embed some images in my post. How?

Depending on what you have your preferences set to on the forum you can do it different ways.

You can either use [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] tags around the URL for the image or you can simply click the "Insert Image" button

How about images I need to upload? Can they be embedded?

You will have to find somewhere to host them - you can't upload here. There are lots of free choices such as Flickr, photobucket, etc.

You can attach images to a post. Scroll down on the full reply page. You can embed them by finding the URL of the attachment, and wrapping it in "img" tags. But images uploaded and embedded like this might only be available to logged-in users.

TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting is the most popular I think..

Apparently I forgot that one can attach images here using the "Advanced" input page.
