So i ordered my mini 10 fully loaded with a tv tuner. And the ETA was August 27.......WTF???...... Does it really take 20 days for dell to make and ship a laptop? Or are they just trying to cover their sorry buts in case something messed up in the building process?

I ordered mine (same thing, fully loaded with tv tuner) on the 23rd of last month and my ETA was August 12th but it ended up coming a week early (the 7th).

My order from Sunday during the Mini 9 sale 2 weekend ago originally said delevery on the 14th, but it ended up coming on the 5th... Good luck

I ordered a mini 10v on the 4th, original arrival date was the 19th, but it's now scheduled for the 13th! .... when you placed your order, were there any notifications that an item may delay your ship date? I've had that happen sometimes. hope it comes soon!

I'm dealing with the same problem. I ordered my 10v on the 30th, and my delivery date was originally the 14th. This morning it was the 25th, then this afternoon it changed to the 20th...odd.

perhaps it depends if the cargo ship gets behind at sea.... I'll be upset if my date moves off from the 13th now, lol.

Yeah, I feel your pain. I ordered mine on July 26th and the delivery date is September 2.

Cargo ship? Dell laptops are shipped by air.

Ordered mine on the 3rd.

Have been dealing with a Dell rep who claims he's "expediting" the order. Which apparently translates into "passively sending two emails to the production line".

At this point, I regret giving them my money. The afternoon after I ordered the Mini, I ordered something from Apple, Newegg, and a private individual from China. All three items have already arrived, including the item from China, which was sent via the Chinese post.

Just ordered a fully loaded 10 with tuner and the est delivery date is the 3rd of Sept. However, my experience with Dell is that you get your stuff 1-2 weeks before the est date.
