This is the first time I contacted dell service people and what a great service from them.
I loved my m11x so much therefore I screwed the backplate too much, then broke a screw
Went to dell.com and cannot really find the right person to email or call, so I chose the technical support department, dropped an email saying this is not a technical enquiry at all, I just want some spare screws. And a brand new backplate with film unpeeled shipped to me in extremely good packaging to day. The postal label says its shipped on 28-May, and today is just 2-June (bear in mind 29,30 is weekend and 31 is bank holiday in UK).
I bought my m11x from fleabay as a used machine but now its got a flashing brand new backplate now, whoooo
